Gun control debate (merged)

Basically what EVERYBODY in the world outside of the US thinks of us. We're a bunch of dumb f*ckers.

That's just a horrible part of town. I guess this was just the sitting that got her upset. Likely been dozens others since she moved there.

care to give odds this was a legally owned firearm?

the finale . . .

That's so messed up, but you can't expect for anyone to know if the gun you're robbing them with is fake. You accept this as one possible outcome if you make that choice. If this was the most likely outcome in more areas, it wouldnt get tried as much.
He just screwed up that guy's life but some people will claim the armed robber is the victim. The usual suspects will make it a race issue. As is everything to them.

the finale . . .

This one's more interesting. They're going to shriek about the whole clip being emptied. Still, robber causes it so that's on him. Best way to not get shot for armed robbery is by not attempting it. This one could get crazy, if it was 2020, it already would be.

Found the problem for you.

Richneck Elementary School serves 627 students in grades Prekindergarten-5.

Richneck Elementary School placed in the bottom 50% of all schools in Virginia for overall test scores (math proficiency is bottom 50%, and reading proficiency is bottom 50%) for the 2018-19 school year.

The percentage of students achieving proficiency in math is 76% (which is lower than the Virginia state average of 82%) for the 2018-19 school year. The percentage of students achieving proficiency in reading/language arts is 68% (which is lower than the Virginia state average of 78%) for the 2018-19 school year.

The student:teacher ratio of 18:1 is higher than the Virginia state level of 14:1.

Minority enrollment is 74% of the student body (majority Black), which is higher than the Virginia state average of 54% (majority Black).
Sounds like a lack of parental control to me . If I had taken one of my parents firearms out to to do anything without their knowledge , being in police custody would have been the safest place for me . I was raised right though with responsible parents . 🤷🏼‍♂️
Oh 100% it's on the parents. They will likely face jail time.

Just remember that when you think about it, this is really Trump's fault. That's who should be charged.

FYI. Today January 10, 2023, new Tennessee state representatives are being sworn into office. Despite the GOP having a super majority in both the state house and senate and a GOP governor, they have yet to legislate “True” Constitutional Carry in the state. I urge you to contact you new/incumbent state representative and demand they pass “True” Constitutional Carry in our great state this year.

@TNVOLNAVY I saw this in the pub. What is ‘true constitutional carry”?
