Gun control debate (merged)

Christmas in America. God bless the 2nd Amendment. Proof of the infallibility of the founding fathers.

To be fair to the FF , they had no idea that liberals would continue shooting themselves even on a Christmas weekend . Seriously , you guys should stop breaking the law at least for Christmas.

Forget guns...there's not a manufacturer of basically whatever that wants anything to do with the precedent "You are liable for not only merely negligent use but the outright illegal use of something that is otherwise unambiguously legal simply by having made such product.".

Honestly it looks entirely like "We're failing miserably at controlling crime and need to try to save face by doing 'something' vs a scapegoat.".
What? Politicians passing bills just to say they fixed something, while completely missing the point, and somehow making it worse?

That sounds like exactly like what will happen.

And the left will cheer it, because it does "something" even though it actually does nothing.

There’s no way this survives legal challenges

Basically what EVERYBODY in the world outside of the US thinks of us. We're a bunch of dumb f*ckers.

Do something, even if it's wrong.

So:
1. A 22 Guage would be slightly smaller that a 20 Guage if she is talking about her shogun.
2. If she were speaking about her rifle, that's a squirrel gun.
3. She's a lying sack of **** if she claims to hunt moose and black bear with either.

Yep, she’s full of crap. NFW she’s hunting moose or bear with a .22 gauge shotgun.

Found the problem for you.

Richneck Elementary School serves 627 students in grades Prekindergarten-5.

Richneck Elementary School placed in the bottom 50% of all schools in Virginia for overall test scores (math proficiency is bottom 50%, and reading proficiency is bottom 50%) for the 2018-19 school year.

The percentage of students achieving proficiency in math is 76% (which is lower than the Virginia state average of 82%) for the 2018-19 school year. The percentage of students achieving proficiency in reading/language arts is 68% (which is lower than the Virginia state average of 78%) for the 2018-19 school year.

The student:teacher ratio of 18:1 is higher than the Virginia state level of 14:1.

Minority enrollment is 74% of the student body (majority Black), which is higher than the Virginia state average of 54% (majority Black).

Sounds like a lack of parental control to me . If I had taken one of my parents firearms out to to do anything without their knowledge , being in police custody would have been the safest place for me . I was raised right though with responsible parents . 🤷🏼‍♂️

That's ridiculous. We should require the government to regulate our children, decide what to teach them, and take our right to bear arms.

Oh 100% it's on the parents. They will likely face jail time.

By the time I was 10 give or take I could take my .22, 4/10 or 20 gauge hunting without asking permission. But I knew without a question in my mind what would happen if I shot something I wasn’t supposed to.
