It is awfully convenient to blame lack of parenting when this happens. Kid is poisoned by God knows how many right wing loons, buys a rifle, alters it, drives three hours, to kill black people. And you blame bad parenting?

Sheesz. By that logic everything is just bad parenting. Hitler? Bad parenting. Unabomber? Bad parenting. Osama bin Laden? Bad parenting.

I don't doubt that parenting, good or bad, has a major role in a lot of violence, especially like this. But you guys just trot back to that every time to justify ignoring a lot of things you don't want to admit are wrong here -- right wing recruiting and hate, ready availability of guns and easy conversion kits.

Those things are a problem, too.

So when are you going to make a post like this about the black guy that mowed down a Christmas parade in Waukesha WI? The liberal press reported that a car killed some people there.

Good thing we have laws to prevent a guy that threatens to shoot up schools from buying a rifle. And laws against altering them. It’s moronic to say this is a gun problem when this kid said at least twice that he was going to do this. Posted a statement beforehand and let people know he was going live so they could watch. This is a failure of law enforcement and mental health. I’m sure more gun laws will help.

You are hopelessly sucked into the dichotomy. So be it. It’s easy to compartmentalize things for some people when you can group together anyone who you disagrees with you and demonize them. Again, I encourage you to stop seeing everyone as on your side or on the other side.

Also, can you clarify your answer about race, why it’s relevant to you (because you brought it up) without pointing the finger at anyone else?

I told you, I brought up race because that's the only time the obes on the left ever post. If you all spoke out against all gun violence the same, then it wouldn't be an issue for me. It just makes me wonder.

Inciting violence. Depends on the jurisdiction but most in the U.S. have some statute similar to that.

If its coming from overseas, ban it. Kill it. Censor it. People overseas do not have First Amendment rights.

Ah, I'm not sure this was right wing as you portray it. He's a self described fascist which is more in line with the modern democratic party. I think he's one of yours.

As to bad parenting, I think many of our problems result from bad parenting. We've allowed the TV to raise our children, and more recently, the internet. It's your liberal ideology that has taken parenting from the parents. Your liberal party's desire to groom kids in school, to demonize the two parent family. Your parties relentless effort to remove God from everything contributes to the decay. You and your party owns this.

My local news reports on every shooting, at least that I know of.
