My chefs knives are probably toddler safe unless you use them as a club.I don’t understand how anyone could be so careless with something as deadly as a gun. I also would not recommend letting a toddler play with a circular saw or your chefs knifes.
I have a plethora of firearms. They are in various locations all over the house. All in safes bolted to something. A toddler could not get accessed to them. You could not get access to them.My chefs knives are probably toddler safe unless you use them as a club.
And those weak ass arguments always make us laugh. Most of us gun nuts understand the capability of a firearm and understand that having the right to possess them does not absolve us of the responsibility of proper access control to them.
But that’s not as interesting of a dumbazz lefty diatribe
My 6 year old grandson just got his first deer rifle from his other granddad. He's too little to carry it yet, but his dad is teaching him how to fire it.I don’t understand how anyone could be so careless with something as deadly as a gun. Flipping brilliant. For those that don't know him, Major General Peter Cosgrove is an Australian.
General Cosgrove was interviewed on the radio recently.
Read his reply to the lady who interviewed him concerning guns and children.
This is a portion of an ABC radio interview between a female broadcaster and General Cosgrove who was about to sponsor a Boy Scout Troop visiting his military Headquarters...
FEMALE INTERVIEWER:
So, General Cosgrove, what things are you going to teach these young boys when they visit your base?
GENERALCOSGROVE:
We're going to teach them climbing, canoeing, archery and shooting.
FEMALE INTERVIEWER:
Shooting! That's a bit irresponsible, isn't it?
GENERAL COSGROVE:
I don't see why, they'll be properly supervised on the rifle range.
FEMALE INTERVIEWER:
Don't you admit that this is a terribly dangerous activity to be teaching children?
GENERAL COSGROVE:
I don't see how. We will be teaching them proper rifle discipline before they even touch a firearm.
FEMALE INTERVIEWER:
But you're equipping them to become violent killers.
GENERAL COSGROVE:
Well, Ma'am, you're equipped to be a prostitute, but you're not one, are you?
The broadcast went silent for 46 seconds and when it returned, the interview was over.
My daughter has been shooting since 7, she out shoots her AF puke husband. Momma wasn't happy at first (should be read pissed) when dad got her a 22 but it was great bonding with her Poppa. I had to explain to her that I had been around weapons since I was born and was taught the correct way to respect a firearms. Fast forward 10 years and my wife got the same shooting lessons from my father. Now I have to tell my wife no when we go to a gun show. I always say yes when she finds ammo though. My 6 year old grandson just got his first deer rifle from his other granddad. He's too little to carry it yet, but his dad is teaching him how to fire it.

I think they'll circumvent the rule simply by passing it through another country.Yeah, because obviously, that is a way larger threat to the US...
