Indeed they do. And as we’ve already discussed in this very thread on the topic of open carry (you even made a post asking me a question on it) having the RIGHT to do something doesn’t equate to having the common sense to know when and when not to do it.Correct me if I'm wrong (I avoid all things gun), but doesn't the NRA advocate for open carry rights for all firearms and no limits on ammunition? Seems like this kid was just testing the limits of the absurd world the NRA is fighting to put us in.
There is a time and a place for open carry. In my opinion a Walmart run for ciggies and some ripple for the weekend doesn’t meet that criteria. That’s just my opinion.
What’s going to be interesting is to see if they charge him and if they do what the charges are. Sadly being a dumbass is not currently against the law.
