David Hogg, Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School mass shooting survivor-turned-gun control activist, tweeted on Friday that if you need an AR-15 to defend yourself, then you're a terrible shot.

Hogg was responding to a tweet saying an AR-15 is similar to a handgun in that it only fires one bullet with each pull of the trigger. The future Harvard student had tweeted earlier how he does not want to take anyone's firearms because he had grown up cleaning and shooting guns.

That child is a thumb-sucker. Personally, I'd rather be accepted into any Special Forces training program over Harvard, or any of the other "elevated" institutions of higher learning. I'd rather fail at being a SEAL than succeed at being a liberal.

He never has, and likely never will, learn to be a man. But he has, and continues to, shout his message from atop the bodies of his classmates at MSD. He has no idea what the liberals, and the MSM, are using him for...which is simply their own agenda. He is a useful idiot to them. That and nothing more. When they no longer need him, or his voice, they will abandon him in favor of the next "hot mic" they can parade in front of the liberal media outlets. Stay tuned for the National Enquirer edition where he's in rehab.

I feel sorry for him. His story will end up being an empty life is he stays on his current path. Which he most likely will.

I have a 22 year-old niece who can hunt, fish, fix things, shoot, and fight. She's a department manager at Belk's. Married, and they just bought their first house. And she's drop-dead gorgeous. Clinique, which has a presence at Belk, wanted her to cross over and model for them. She declined. Smart girl; she took the long view.

She's more of a man than young David Hogg will ever be, and I could not be prouder of her. Her life will be rich with rewards.

I'm glad I'm related to her, and not him.
