I might try to get a rabbit tonight or just a groundhog. Score either way.Informally I had training at the "the bullets come out of this end and don't point it at anything you don't mean to kill" college. Learned from my dad, his brothers, my granddads, with friends, on my own. I've only ever missed one deer in my life....running through thick palmettos. Squirrels are one shot one kill. Doves are DOA, ducks just too damn fast. My learning is like my political affiliation, it's just common sense, yours well, it's much like your political affiliation....academic.
Educate me then.
I took a PE class in college from a well respected and national championship school where I did pretty well and have built on that to be a pretty good shot. What more do you want? There's lots of places to get formal training with pistol rifle or shotgun in various disciplines for self defense, law enforcement, combat and competition.
You should stop now. There are people on here that have done most of them. Don't make up any more bs training you've had. I promise you will embarrass yourself.
I saw one of the biggest ones I've ever seen dead on Westland Blvd. in front of Gettysview when I lived in Knoxville. I saw another one that I thought was a Sheppard (until I backed up and looked) alive in downtown Cincinnati.I've seen a lot fewer clover rovers since the yotes upped their local population.

There are two packs around me. One on my side of the river and one on the other.
I put a pile of them in the dirt on the farm. Now you go out there and there’s none to be found. I see them all over in urban places around town. No fear of cars or people.
