I wasn't sure where you were lol. I'm in Ft. Myers Florida and thought you might have meant Kouzzina at Disney. She has like 20 different ones, Ocean by Cat Cora is in Singapore, Wicked Eats in Detroit and Messa Burger in California and Ohio are the ones Im familiar with, besides Cat Cora's Kitchen. I've never been to any.

I don't keep up like I used to, but Im still very interested in certain ones. Like her.

Alot of the "Celebrity Chefs" have never actually worked, as an employee, as thier job, in a restaurant so I stay kinda interested in the ones that have and still do.

Cat is one if the hardest working ones out there. I just read not long ago (year or so) she and her wife got divorced, after 17 her having like 4 kids.

Anyway, I guess we all look for certain qualities and characteristics in a chef, for me, in no particular order, Jacques Pépin, Julia Child, Emeril Lagasse, Anthony Bourdain, Gordon Ramsey, Giada De Laurentiis and Cat Cora are my personal favorites. Honourable mention for the culinary mad scientist Alton Brown.

Let Red spending a few minutes reading this and see if she still feels the same. His employees lawsuit against him in 2009 is what I dislike about him the most. Back when all that was going down several of his employees were members of Bitterwaitress and some of my employees were members also and I stayed up to date on alot of it for several months. The dude is just pond scum.

Is it normal for restaurants to pay for uniform laundering? I've experienced both in other industries - one that paid for it (primarily due to hazards in the workplace) and one that didn't.

I know of several restaurants here that pay for the kitchen staff uniforms, but not FOH.

Nah, I just prefer full lips an a less “hook” nose, could have posted a Scarlet Johansson pic just as easily. Lotsa beautiful women in the world! Just a preference Behr, we all have em.

I prefer my wife over any and all. 👍😁
