JG will be the starter against Charlotte on September 5th unless he gets injured

That was okay for this year because we literally only had one QB with playing experience. That won’t be case next year. If we can spend 2.5 years letting JG try to flip the switch, there is no reason to let him come off the bench in his last year over two QB’s who now have experience and 2-3 years left in college for a guy on his last year who isn’t really that good anyway.

Honestly dont know.

If he comes back he wont be the starter by default as he was this year. We need more options and we will have them.

If he stays and if he wins the job, his leash will be short and his second and third chances to figure it out wont be there as they were this year.

Guarantano deserved to be benched but he did come through for the Vols. My vote: Yes
