Kelly does 2 to 3 years goes back to the NFL. Gruden takes over wins to Natty's back to back, Josh takes over, Vols have the best 15 year stretch in college football history

why gruden for DC he is a offense guy he learned the west coast offense under Mike Holgren & later with Andy Reid

To me, Nabraska just seems like one of those schools that will never be what they used to be no matter who is coaching. My guess is Frost knows this and will avoid them and choose Florida

Thats a tough one for me. Its basically a coin flip. But I would give a slight edge to Gruden because of his NFL experience.

And lure for the elite recruits that he knows what NFL wants and how to get them there

Yes. They SEC rules committee added a bylaw to an existing rule for coaches with Kelly's proclivities.

In short, the conference don't want a coach like Kelly in its ranks.

I’m not against Kelly. I think he could be sold as our top target, and be a homerun!

However, I think Grudens fame amongst young football players is the tiebreaker. Really that’s why I think he succeeds here. The best players want to play in the NFL. They will go wherever they BELIEVE can get them there. I think Gruden could conceivably say he knows better than any other college coach what it takes.
