ONLY those two? Gruden and it ain't close. Kelly scares me. He's only had success at one college program, left that program with NCAA problems, and has a tendency to rub a lot of people the wrong way.

There are others I'd want before either.

Kelly does 2 to 3 years goes back to the NFL. Gruden takes over wins to Natty's back to back, Josh takes over, Vols have the best 15 year stretch in college football history
