I wouldn't argue if you put Spurrier in there... The kind of SEC dominance he has is not easy to achieve. If Pete Carroll wins one more national title, I would certainly put him in top 10 also. So... My list would be...

Steve Spurrier, if he brings South Carolina into SEC contention. What he did at Florida already puts him as being pretty eff'n good.
Bob Stoops, if he can finally live up to his billing and win some national championships in the next 10 years.
Mack Brown, if he continues his string of 10-win seasons.
