Honestly, I think she is pretty but not "HOT". Yes, I would.

I'll end this debacle of a subject with this, if it weren't for these kids around here, I would probably say everything you said. But, they keep me informed on everything she does and she is "the shat". She is a "bonding tool".

yeah, hot was probably the wrong word. (she went from cute to kinda jacked up, imo)

I 100% agree that there is a time and place, and a use for her music. #nosarcasm

But NOT country radio!!

I have to ask Bill. In a previous post I said "why ya'll gotta be so mean". You got that right. That's one of maybe three songs I know and like by her.

I have been "away" Bill. Thanks for the link of your daughter. She has some serious pipes. I enjoyed seeing that! Tell her to chase that dream.

Nephew saw Taylor live somewhere in the Nashville area. He also said her tone is not too good live. I do think she has some good songwriting skills. Is she really 23? I thought she was younger...

Oh wait....Tear drops on my guitar. Thats one song I like by her. I would have liked ahhhhh..cant remember the name. where the lyrics say "and you talk real slow, cause its late and your momma dont know"...

If you dont want to be heard you talk LOW, now SLOW. Bad lyrics are my pet peeve.

Thanks. She is a work in progress, but I think there is a future. I will pass that on!!!


I have a very good friend in the reggae biz, and she said that she has been approached by tSwiftys people, about a duet (on a previous album) and none of her artists would do it. (she is a producer)

Kudos to the girl if she is writing those songs, especially the ones from her teen years. Someone should have intervened and fixed that lyric, but does it really matter.

The title is our song.

That is the song. I like the fiesty attitude of the song. I like the phrasing on the song. The lyric error kills me.

(I loved the grammy...or was it CMA..... performance of the song)

But every song after that......I do not like. Just my opinion

she has written....thousands of songs. They are all the same, musically and lyrically.

You can literally take one song, and sing the lyrics to another over top of it. Not cool.

That happens with many of her songs.

She has made much more in the music biz (talented or not) than I ever will. For that, I applaud her. It is not easy to do.

thats the one. and yeah. That was the beginning of the end. It is when she got rid of her manager, and took all of the music decisions on her own. bad mistake.

If my kid ever makes it big, we already have people in place to make music decisions with/for us.
