Still trying to defend this stupid thread. Damn, give it a rest, or better yet, just admit you were terribly wrong. :hi:

I find it hilarious. After the Florida win in January, this thread was bumped. He could have said "I was just upset after watching in person our team get beat against Memphis, and wanted to voice my displeasure, but obviously made a rash judgement."

But he chose not to. And this thread will continue to be bumped.

That's the thing, I wasn't wrong if it's taken in context. We were below. 500, were playing lack luster, had just gotten embarrassed by our cross state rivals, and had a coach that looked lost. When this thread was started we sucked. If anyone wants to argue otherwise set up shop with the zjc's of the board.

I'm now laughing at the simple folks that live at home getting enjoyment out of bumping a thread that's two months old. Context is key and there is plenty of discussion that happened in the days and weeks following the Memphis game that broke down in detail where we were, what we were lacking, and what needed to change. I've posted several times the last two months on the improvement this team has made.

As for the personal attackers and name callers - you are a sad bunch. To get enjoyment being an internet tough guy is pathetic. People's true colors are seen 1. when no one's watching and 2. in the internet age when you're annonomous on a message board.

You were absolutely wrong. Well, you weren't wrong about it being a terrible loss and us having played terribly recently. But what does "goodbye Cuonzo" mean that wasn't laughably wrong?

Also, you're still wrong in saying that our coach looked lost when we were losing games. Even when he wasn't getting the team to play his game for 40 minutes, he never looked lost.

I may be an internet tough guy, but at least I am not a whiny moron

Shut up, internet tough guy.

Our defense sucked earlier in the year, we have lazy rebounders, and we still get away from pounding the paint. What's your point? Probably still trying to convince people how well we play against the zone, right.

It's called player development.

Still at it.... :eek:lol:

What's funny is that he's talking about context but he's not looking at the context surrounding this team. We played an incredibly difficult schedule with average at best talent coming of a year where our coach was let go. That's the context. :hi:

Bye bye CCM. You can't even have your guys close out games. This team lacks fire and discipline. Garbage team, and garbage coach. Fire him immediately!!!

I've seen your posts over the years, so this strikes me as pretty funny. While you're certainly entitled to your opinion, you've done your fair share of name calling.... as a matter of fact, you used seem to disagree with anyone.... I think you would argue about the color of the sky.

So don't try to play the victim here. You're just on the receiving end of it, and it pisses you off. We still bump the lg "I'm taking my ball home thread", and he doesn't whine about it like you.
