lets say our new freshman qb goes down w/ a injury,we have nick and nick w/ out any game day exp.
we are already losing w/ jc and w/ continue the trend, shouldnt we be working on a differant plan ?

Is this some kind of a joke - "he can be a very good"?If Crompton can clear out his mental anxiety issues and get on the same page... or even the same book as our WRs he'll be a very good QB.
He's got a much better arm than Stephens. He doesn't help himself, but I'm adamant in stating that there has at least been improvement in his in-game judgment. The slow (not saying he's even on being a decent QB) but evident improvement is probably his only saving grace against replacement.
Plus, Crompton has much better pocket presents than Stephens has. Hopefully we'll adjust play-calling to bring our RBs into the passing game more.
You do recall his other head coaching position, correct?
Thought that was due to the circumstances, (Raiders), but the thought is beginning to creep in. After WKU, I told everyone "We got us a coach"---so I have always given CLK the BOD--but this QB thing---------------
Prepare for the counter-attack from the opposition.
Perhaps you will respond:
1) Lets say CLK makes the change and names NS the starter for the remainder of the year. Please explain to me why any top QB recruit would be afraid to compete with NS for the starting position next year?
2) CLK is recruiting top talent at every position. Yet he continues to play his best players at every position except, according to you, the QB. Please explain to me why QBs are the only position afraid to compete against an incumbent?
Got one for you---Please tell me why every position is up for grabs (according to LK) on Tuesday EXCEPT the QB? If JC were held to the same standards and punishment, Cromp would STILL be running laps.lol:
so if i am 5'6 fat guy with no arm who runs a 5.6 40 time, but who is a great decision maker and can see the field does the meanHe has the tools to be...just not the decision-making
yes, by all means lets but EB at the QB position, he is only on the field for 75 snaps, more staggering logic....

"I have the tools...just not the physical nature"
Don't mean to be jerk - i am just so frustrated with Kiffins refusing to make a QB change. The team is divided, down and beaten. Receivers have losing mentality given who their QB is. And the fact that Kiffin is sticking with him is sickening to me. We have the team to beat Georgia, USCe and Ole Miss - but if crompton starts we won't win those and we will finish 5-7. I think 5-7 is a step back from last yr.
