yes, it hurts. I got this one last year and about half way through I though I was gonna have to come back to let him finish it. The others I have didnt hurt that bad, but this one did.

I got it on my chest to hide it from mom lol!! It wasn't as bad as I anticipated, near the collar bone hurt a little bit

Yeah it tends to hurt where there is barely any muscle. (Collar bone).

Inside of the bicep hurts bad.

One I got on my abs didn't hurt too bad, but it drove me crazy while it healed. Itching and whatnot.
