The liberal left has been begging to undo the Constitutional foundations for decades now....there is a reason they want to restrict the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th Amendments, abolish the electoral college, pack the Supreme Court, make DC a state illegally, increase all federal taxes, push ACA, etc. etc. etc.

What hypocrisy, Tennessee and Texas at trumps urging cut out democratic congress members thru gerrymandering. The SCOTUS is nothing more than political yes men.

Tennessee excludes black representation. Or did you not notice the Memphis gerrymandering? Texas excludes black representation, did you not notice they gerrymandering a black congress woman out of a seat?

It would be hilarious if black athletes boycotted schools in gerrymandered states that disenfranchise black representation.

That's pretty hypocritical. The Right's been quite active in eroding the BoR too. How many bootlickers here want to deport students for exercising their 1st Amendment rights?

"exercising their 1st Amendment rights" = supporting terrorist groups financially and other ways when they aren't even US citizens

Because VA had a state law against it specifically, the other states don't

CIA chick and her crew wanted to shove this through illegally because they don't understand or care about actual laws...

But at least their 112 new tax increases for everything from pet sitters to gym membership will be in place!

Thanks for confirming what I wrote. If they'd supported terrorist groups financially they'd be charged criminally, but they weren't. They were singled out for visa revocation and deportation over protected speech that the Right doesn't like. Foreigners get 1st Amendment protection, like it or not. Personally, I like it.

I don't know that being a strict Constitutionalist on every case makes you partisan. I mean I agree that Thomas is a conservative but that's the point of the Supreme Court to strictly follow the Constitution.

I agree Kav has been moderate and that Alito is a little more political, Gorsuch seems down the middle at times

Amy and Roberts seem to be somewhat moderate but flip flop on their rulings depending on what they think makes them popular sometimes or to show "we make liberal rulings too"

Kagan and Sotomayer are simply activists in robes although they at least pretend to know the Constitution

Jackson is probably the worst Justice of all time and the least intelligent, she is purely a DEI hire and activist with zero clue of how anything works

It's the state constitution that specifies how districts are apportioned. The Democrats unfortunately know how laws work. Their new gun control measures are a good example. They dropped the ball on amending the constitution. They may try again and get it through.
