I said this in the game thread...

but tune into the Vol Radio! I've been doing this for over three years.
I know a lot of yall don't like Bob Kessling - and I get it, he's no John Ward...but he's OK.
Tim Priest is hilarious. He provides all the emotion to the broadcast and usually is very energetic on big plays.

Just sync the radio broadcast to your television broadcast by pausing the TV at a play and wait for Kessling to say "XXXX takes the snap". You'll get a viewing experience where the broadcasters don't hate Tennessee and as an added bonus you don't have to listen to them drone on about how Alabama or some other high profile team is looking. Just Tennessee.

Really? I didn't notice. He has always seemed objective to me. Fans of every team think he is against them. There are probably uga fans complaining about him also. Bammer fans complain about him constantly.

I think what it is, is that he just offers his unvarnished opinion and does not GAF what anyone thinks, so he offends people.

And no offense, but I have better things to do during the Tennessee Georgia game than get butt hurt over what some announcer is saying.

With you to a degree. But on that goal line stand he was truly astonished and had to express what Georgia did wrong not what Tennessee did right.

Disagree, as a former NFL QB he does a great job dissecting and analyzing the offenses, usually has really insightful comments on what they are doing. I wouldn't say he is an expert on D, but doesn't seem to comment on it as much either.
