Now this does surprise me. Schools have zero patience anymore. Idk when it became the standard that you had to be winning conference championships within three years, but it’s just not realistic.

All the best coaches in history took almost a decade to get going full speed. Including Dawn, Pat and Geno. Different timeline for each, but still, it shows there is power in sticking with a coach.

Not to defend @VolBall09 but I get what they were saying. As an adult, I don’t want to spend all my time around type A, “in your face,” “always on” personalities. I need some quiet lol…. But it recruiting that’s the personality that wins big (regardless of sport).
