'26 GA EDGE Jordan Carter

Carter will take an official visit to Georgia Tech this weekend. This remains a three team race with Auburn also getting a visit for the Iron Bowl next weekend. The Tigers do not have a head coach, which obviously makes things problematic for their chances. Georgia Tech still appears to be Tennessee’s biggest competition here.

They have money. Lots of it. It’s just hard to tell what their alums care about on a given day. As far as the visit, it’s a great Gameday atmosphere and the Flats is awesome when they are winning. That was not the case this weekend.
I should have said we have a bigger NIL collective than they do, and we spend more than they do.

Again it depends. They recently signed the number two baseball class in the country because two donors decided they wanted to spend some cash and there was local talent. They are obviously a smaller fan and alumni base than us but there is a lot of money floating around from alum and Atlanta corporations. It literally just depends on the day.
