I think this is unrecognized potential that movie theaters have really missed out on. There are a number of flicks that I would go see if they re-run and promoted them. You don't think people would fill the theater for cult classics? Tombstone, Godfather, Pulp Fiction, the original Star Wars trilogy, Gladiator, the Shining, etc...

Marquee Cinema in Bristol has a throwback movie every week but it’s only on Wednesdays and Sundays.

I always say I want to go but have yet to make it to one.

The Tampa Theatre showed GOODFELLAS a couple of years ago. It was fun watching it in a big screen with a glass of wine.
They are showing Casablanca this weekend.
