Fulmer is the Next Athletic Director (opinion)

Today in the SEC there is not one , but in history I can think of many former coaches in multiple sports who went on to be AD. My point is that being a head coach doesnt determine the success of later becoming an AD.

I think this situation would be very unique in that the coach who was fired by the AD comes back to replace the AD that fired him. Never heard that one so I cant say I can give an example. You have to love the irony.

Back in Sept 2010 I predicted here that all of this was going to happen with Hammy.

I want to ask the same question to the volnation again that I asked almost 9 months ago. I believe that in order to support your team you have to put your money where you mouth is.

If CPF is hired as the new AD will you stop your donations to the AD?

I think Phil should be AD for a few years and then let Condredge Holloway take his place on down the road.

I have a novel concept for AD. Let's hire someone who is qualified for the position and has experience. Not just some name who's part of the family and will make part of our fan base feel good about the hire.

Fulmer will want at least a mil if he decides to take the job. With all the millions ut is paying out, can they afford that?

If Phillip Fulmer is named athletic director....... Tennessee sports will be irrelevant.

My prediction is that after the NCAA coming calling, heads will roll.....Hammy's that is when he gets the ax. After Hammy gets run out of K-ville, Fulmer takes over the Athletic Director job.......I'm not endorsing anyone, just giving my prediction for the summer. :hi:

Just cant see it happening. UT has already said it will be a current AD and someone with AD experience, which rules out Fulmer.

Fulmer would never fire anyone....his loyalty would be a problem.......

Now...this Hart guy is supposed to good..........let's hope so.

It just cracks me up, that people think that there is some sort of upper level conspiracy to where other colleges spend years behind closed doors, developing individuals to become competent, capable administrators who can then go to another school to bring their programs down (to that downfall of that person's career).

The lulz are a wild scene.
