UT had redundancy and successors already in place except for Q where they made a great hire. Elander made an incredible hire backfilling for his former role. Josh Reynolds was hired a couple of years ago to succeed Frank Anderson, and same for Zach Stovall who will succeed Sean McCann. I can assure you that Elander knew it was likely he’d be losing Q, Frank the Tank, and Sean. That’s why announcements on new hires and promotions have happened at virtually the same time.

No need for Anderson to stick around for “a 2 weeks notice” when Josh Reynolds is ready to take over. Frank the Tank needs to sell his Knox condo and buy one in San Fran. Rumor is one of Haslam’s buddies has already bought the Vitello home….
