Can’t blame a guy who’s about to retire to enjoy a few years of MLB life. But TV not only left us but taking so much of the staff can go jump for all I care. Mercenaries all. I’ll cheer for Coach Barnes but after he retires, never will care about coaches who do not give a darn about the T

That's pretty dramatic. Tony didnt make those guys go. He gave them an opportunity because they earned it. They had no obligation to hang around Tennessee. Be appreciative and wish them well. They've been given the opportunity of a lifetime.

Well damn Tony. Guess it was fun while it lasted.
This reminds me of the sitcom " Coach"
As I said in the beginning this is a huge roll of dice for San Francisco. If this experiment fails Buster Posey will be looking for a job too.

Tony is done in 3,years or less. Not sure what the Hell Frank is thinking unless he got a 2 million contract. Which will equal 900,000

We didnt think Frank was leaving. Seems like a shock to me and possibly to the team, recruits and portal dudes. I dont know, maybe my fan boy attitude is getting the best of me. Maybe there's a plan, nobody checked with ole Ernest T, lol.
My initial reaction too, when i first heard about Vitello. But the more i considered the balance of his staff, Q, CFA and others, i realized they were probably all on the table except Elander.

I will be interested to see the different philosophies Reynolds brings and his own style. Tony pretty much handpicked him the be Frank’s replacement.

Be most interested to see his philosophy on holding runners
