If you owned a company which manufactured a product, and then the President and his proxies went on TV saying you were owned by Venezuela or China (when it isn't) or some other foreign country and that your product was part of a conspiracy (that didn't exist).

And on top of that you and your lawyers kept telling them there was no truth to what they were saying. And then judges told them there was no truth to it.

And then they kept on repeating the lies to the point you started getting threats.

You'd sue too. And you'd be right to do it.

So you think Trump has a defamation suit against CNN, MSNBC, and any other media outlet that cover RussiaGate and the Pee tapes...which were flat out known lies at the time correct? Remember be consistent

Truth is a defense. And if he sued over any of it he'd have to sit for a deposition, under oath. Trump will NEVER do that because he'd perjure himself and he knows it.

Of course not defamation is now a one way streak, as most laws now. Especially when you have a pro-communist regime

Not really...I believe that fact it's came out with no supporting evidence would be enough to prove defamation...if I tell a lie about someone and it's proven to be a lie....it not up to them to provided further proof that it's a lie

Yes, it is. And Trump would have to sit for a deposition and answer everything. Under oath. Subject to prosecution if he lies. He ain't doing it. No chance.

I'll admit I'm not up to date on laws regarding such...but seems that your basically saying the victim has to prove they are a victim again even tho the proof has already been established.....I'm pretty sure a person being robbed with video evidence of such theft doesn't have to prove it again..

Yes, he'll have to take the stand and deny it. He has to prove it false in court. Others coming in and saying they already did that out of court is hearsay. Trump's like would be an open book in such a suit. For one thing, the issue arises as to whether any claim of damages was caused by this ... or something else.

Still pushing the Trump hate. Where does it come from? Did he do your mother way back when.
