LOL... Check again... He's there, listed as the OC for Detroit Lions.

Why hasn't Kacy Rogers been mentioned as the next Tennessee Coach ??

I've been friends with Kacy for many years and I was on the football staff where Kacy attended and played in high school.

IMO Kacy enjoys the NFL but you never know someday he might be a HC in college somewhere. His last college coaching job was at Arkansas as the DL coach before going to the Dallas Cowboys and he's been in the NFL since 2003.

I can tell you this.....There is no finer human being than Kacy Rodgers.

I haven't had contact with Toby Champion the past few years but the last time I talked with him he was coaching at a small college in Virginia. I'll see if I can find out.

Duh me!

Jr. Reid is currently the head coach at Humboldt HS in Humboldt, Tn. Jr. played at Humboldt and played for Majors at UT in the late 70's.

There was an incident just before the '90 Florida game that says otherwise!

Jimmy Gaylor was HC at Clinton HS then went to Maryville HS as D.C. I think he is back at Clinton as a consultant. He took Clinton to state championship game vs Riverdale & was part of several Maryville state championships. He was a kicker for Vols in 70's.

Mark Jones, WR, was named the head coach at Carrollwood Day School in Tampa Fl, after serving one year as the interim head coach at the high school. He played 6 years with the Bucs and has stayed in the area since then.

These have been added. Thanks! Keep them coming.

-----------------------------------

Dorrington "Junior" Reid - HC at Humboltd High School

Mark Jones - HC at Carrollwood Day School

Jimmy Gaylor - Advisory Consultant at Clinton HS (former HC of Clinton High School, former DC at Maryville HS).

If you can get me the name of the college, I'll track it down.

Great Info. I always wondered where Cedrick Wilson ended up. If size of the fight in the dog ever had a avatar, it should be Cedrick. He only played one way and that was to give his all for Tennessee every day.

Marion Hobby, should be on somebody's short list to be a HC someday.
