I would love to see some of these guys on staff. On the other hand, I'd be reluctant to hire VFL if I'm Jones because a situation where you felt like you had to fire one of them could get ugly.

Dooley fired Chuck Smith after one year which only got ugly because Chuck didn't know how to coach (which everyone knew) and he yapped at media. Should have never been hired. neither should Dooley but that is another discussion

Anthony Parker is the o-line coach at Norfolk State. They have 2 former Vols on their staff with him and Montario.

Exactly why you cannot have Peyton Manning on paid staff ... EVER!! No AD or HC should be faced with firing PM. If he is nonpaid consultant or something, fine, but you have to protect a legacy like that from ever being fired.
