An AD who would actually have high expectations for the WBB program and hold the coach accountable is not a bad thing...

That is very true. If someone had done something a season sooner CHW might have not done as much damage to the program but it is what it is and we are where we are...

Kellie doesn’t have anything to worry about... and as you say “yet” that is any coach who doesn’t do his/her job so nothing pointing to kellie at all

I think it would be great to have co-athletic directors. One for women’s sports and one for men’s. That way, women’s sports would get a more fair representation and not get pushed to the side because of men’s sports.

Had that for many years, including during the Pat glory years. In fact had a whole seperate Women's Athletic Dept. Joan Cronin was the legendary AD. Not sure why that was changed, but definitely since the consolidation into one dept women's sports have not fared as well.
