Not really. You save the timeout in the event of a first down (which UK is getting left and right) to ice the kicker. It’s worth the tradeoff of 30 seconds.

Then call timeout after 1st and 2nd down. Then, if you get the stop, call the third timeout; if they convert on 3rd down, save the last timeout to ice the kicker.
