It took awhile, but now I love it. I love the search feature they have in the upper right hand corner! :worship:

Heres a Link to download it.

That is nice, but the download manager is the best. I have been using Firefox for about 9 months now (I think). No more IE. Ever.

I love it love it love it.

Tabbed browsing alone beats IE. There are also some really cool plugins/extensions that you can get.

Would it be worth it to look into it for somebody like me who is pretty much a casual user that knows just enough to be dangerous?

It's fine. You can install it and still use IE some if you choose. Or just uninstall it if you don't like it. It will not interfere with anything. Just download it and click to install. Trust me, the tabbed browsing is great. I will never use IE.

I've only seen a few videos, things in Java, etc. that Firefox isn't compatible with. But the plusses that Firefox has over IE make it so you barely even notice what few negatives there are.

You guys haven't even mentioned the far more secure browsing of Firefox. I'm almost afraid to run IE, not knowing what security holes may yet be unpatched. It seems that the open source community is FAR better in finding and filling these holes than the giant Microsoft.

IE still works fine and gets the job done. Never had a single problem using IE.
