I thought it was reported that MONEY would not be an OPTION to hire the best coach available, but it is reported that UT did not want to pay Matt Campbell's 9mil buyout.............."somebody is lying"

Money is not so much an option as the most important factor in the negotiation, but it looks like the $9M was an obstacle in this case if that report is true.

I’ve been hard on Currie but he’s not really the blame. He can do everything possible to lure a good coach but if they don’t want to come here then they just don’t want to come here.

Maybe if he would of done his job and fired jones after the Georgia game he wouldn't be scrambling to hire a tier 1 coach.Instead he wanted to give jones the 1 chance in helll to win a few games .If he dosent hire a winning coach I put all blame on him.
