Nothing was said. It sounded like a 4yo trying to explain how the dog got painted blue. I don't understand how to agree with a stance that the rep can't articulate

I never said I agreed with him in this instance. Simply stated I wished more politicians on both sides of the Isle were more willing to buck their respective party stances.

I think Fetterman and more on the right like him that break with party hive mind would be refreshing, a needed throwback to saner times and a more politically stable era. It would be refreshing.

Fetterman has taken chump change in comparison to others, the bought and paid for monicker is silly. It's what party slurpers say and do.

Massie has received a bad rap. For many any opposition to Trump isn't acceptable, though he's probably one of the most (traditional Republican) Republicans in office right now.

I said that initially about Fetterman as well. But he did seem to get better. Haven't followed him that closely though so I could be wrong.

Yes Bill Clinton would have a shot at winning today. He was that dynamic. The policies would be tweaked but he’d still have a shot. Successful politicians adjust their positions accordingly. Kind of like saying George Washington wouldn’t win today with his 1788 policies. Both parties are of the progressive left, democrats maybe slightly more.
