According to a report from Fox News tonight.....There's been 17 protesters arrested in a St.Louis convenience store parking lot near the scene of a recent police shooting of 18 year old Vonderrit Myers. The arrests were for unlawful assembly. Police posted on twitter that protesters were "attempting to storm" the business which was a QT. Police also said that the protesters were "throwing rocks at the police" and "arrests have been made for continued illegal behavior". Police have said there were no reports of injuries & no property damaged.
Ok, but what's the answer/plan? What are they bringing to the table as an answer? What do they expect to gain by rioting? What does Sharpton, Jackson propose as the answer? It's one thing to raise hell for a cause, but it's another to raise hell without a cause. Is there a leader amongst them? Someone with a detailed plan on how to fix the problem?
Frustrating to me that nobody asks these questions when they're out there with their cameras.. It's a really obvious question to me.
Is there any account that doesn't have him shooting at a fleeing suspect? Not sure. Just asking, because that is a detail that is way more relevant than the store incident. Did he actually try to surrender, as several witnesses claim? These are important details that are under dispute. Can we agree on the facts?
Wilson shot him after he robbed a store and attacked the officer. Do any of you believe Wilson cared what color he was? Would any of you acted differently?

I've only seen 1 such acct. There are also several accts of him fleeing, then turning around and raising his hands.Yes there are several accounts of him shooting at a charging suspect.

Having not been there, I can not say which is true. except for the eye witnesses, it's all speculation based on which accts you believe.

What "crime" did he commit? The accounts of him "surrendering" are from his partner in crime and construction workers who came forward almost a month later once they got their stories straight. The eyewitnesses to him charging the officer weren't speaking to the media and just happened to have their conversation picked up on a recording right after it happened.
It shouldn't be that hard to use a little critical thinking and figure which event actually occurred.
Robbery in the second degree.
569.030. 1. A person commits the crime of robbery in the second degree when he forcibly steals property.
2. Robbery in the second degree is a class B felony.

The coroner's report show the bullets entering from the front, so there's no way Brown was running or walking away from the officer
All accts have him turning around to face the officer. The discrepancies have to do with whether he turned and raised his hands, or turned and charged at the officer. Either way, the bullets would enter from the front.
the angle of the bullet that killed him has Brown head down rushing the officer, unless the officer was 8 ft tall
