Ferguson Riots

You mean the one who's credentials are allegedly bogus?

No.

I mean the one done by this guy:

Michael Baden - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

...not the bogus assistant.

See this:

Independent Autopsy Finds 'No Signs of Struggle' in Michael Brown Death - The Wire

Where Baden, the actual board certified forensic pathologist said:

Baden added that the bullets were fired from at least one or two feet away, and that there was "no evidence of a struggle." The only wounds apart from the bullet wounds were abrasions on Brown's face, attributed to him falling down after the shots to his head.

As for the sequence of events, Baden and Parcells noted that they could not piece together everything from the autopsy.

I think a specific question should be asked what Browns hands/knuckles looked like. That could be huge.

That's the question nobody has asked yet in the media. And I'm reasonably certain the family will not divulge that kind of information. Which does lead me to believe that something was found on his hand(s) during the autopsy. Because if there wasn't anything there, the family and the lawyers would be screaming to high heavens about it right now.

Exactly. Once the state autopsy is done, if they want to gripe about any findings they will have to show where the private autopsy is different.

Specifically, I would be interested to see what "no signs of a struggle" actually means.

Where did the parents get the money to pay for all of this?

Maybe they could have bought the swisher sweets for him and we wouldn't be discussing this.

That guy was looking to get shot, those cops were his huckleberry.

The jackasses are saying but police should have disarmed him, or tasered him, or used non-lethal weapons on him, etc etc. If they had used a taser or "non-lethal" rounds on him they would have still cried police brutality. as for trying to disarm a knife wielding, mentally unstable person, good luck with that, I'm not going to rush him if there is a chance I wouldn't go home to see my family that night.

Any excuse to hate on some LEOs.

Speaking of, how did the THP interview go?

Watching it a second time the guy closed the ground quickly. But, there were two officers there. Could've used the taser I guess, but the old adage is true, you don't bring a knife to a gun fight.

At least there is video of this one.

The guy with the knife deserved to be shot, the guy shooting the video deserved to be tased.

May have already been discussed by my Facebook blew up with video of the "robbery" claiming that the guy paid for the Swisher Sweets. This was concluded because the video showed him at the counter.

I guess they missed the fact that the other confessed to him and Brown stealing the Swishers.

People see what they want to see.
