Ferguson Riots

Really? They don't even know the facts and are demanding the officer stand trial. Every day, the case looks weaker against him.

I will never call for peaceful protesters to shut up, right or wrong. It's our right as Americans to protest peacefully even if we're wrong.

With all the information coming out now I'm really leaning towards the officer either being ruled it was justified and the grand jury not filing charges. That said, I see civil lawsuits and possibly civil rights violation charges filed.

And those should be dismissed as well.

and it's our right to tell those people to stfu and wait to make sure they have a point instead of causing a disturbance. Maybe some are peaceful, but if people weren't protesting, none of this stuff would be happening.
There is a time and place and all this **** has done nothing for them and actually has hurt more than helped, especially when we see news trickle out. People blatantly lying about what happened, threatening others, then looting. **** them and the people protesting behind them.

No one is saying they don't have the right to peacefully protest buy one can definitely criticize them for protesting and point out the harm they are causing because of their protests.

just more ignorance. Protest when there is a reason and you are informed. They don't seem to care about either and at no time has any leader said something about protesting after information came out, not immediately based on the eyewitnesses of lying and looting embiciles.

What I wanted to say already has been said.

When your protesting and you aren't fully informed it hurts your cause. By all means go out there and protest over something you don't have the information about. Now this thing has dug so deep, People will feel, in defense of their, actions to just dig deeper and make their version if why they are out there more and more. Convoluted

All very true but as long as someone is doing it peacefully, I support them making an azz out of themselves.

The investigators can't release their hard evidence during the investigation because they have to be able to identify known fact and fiction from the witnesses' testimony to know who is believable.

In an ideal world where people had common sense, the protestors would shut the f' up until the investigation is over and then decide whether the protest is justifiable.

No...I'm talking about the independent autopsy from the family...the one where it was conducted by a respected dr and we all got to see how many times and where Brown was shot.

Why can't that be looked over right now to see if there is any mention of scuffed hands or sign of violence?

You mean the one who's credentials are allegedly bogus?

I think the family autopsy concluded that there were no signs of a struggle. Are you asking why did they not release the whole report where others could come to their own conclusions?

The source claims that there is "solid proof" that there was a struggle between Brown and Wilson for the policeman’s firearm, resulting in the gun going off – although it still remains unclear at this stage who pulled the trigger. Brown started to walk away according to the account, prompting Wilson to draw his gun and order him to freeze. Brown, the source said, raised his hands in the air, and turned around saying, "What, you're going to shoot me?"

I think this is probably how it really went down. Brown probably did rush him(I imagine a football style, head and shoulders down type of run), this would explain the shot to the top of the head.

or he could've been falling or flinching due to the rounds he was taking. Either way he was not shot in the back, nor does the evidence support he was shot while his hands were up.

Why can't the autopsy results reveal what, if any, marks are on Brown's hand to substantiate? Seems to me, the autopsy performed by the family showing this would be enough to settle it.

It's frustrating hearing "facts" from both sides based on testimony or second hand accounts, especially when there is hard evidence (in this case the autopsy) that can confirm said "facts".

I'm not calling anybody a liar, but there are reasonable ways right now to confirm some of this stuff.

That's the question nobody has asked yet in the media. And I'm reasonably certain the family will not divulge that kind of information. Which does lead me to believe that something was found on his hand(s) during the autopsy. Because if there wasn't anything there, the family and the lawyers would be screaming to high heavens about it right now.
