Does the FBI have the guts to have the Black Panthers arrested for doing this type of thing? I know I would be arrested if I was out there inciting riots to burn loot & cause destruction to others.

Somewhat. BPV was more insulting. That had the unfortunate effect of giving the usual suspects around here the illusion that he was making good arguments/points, when in reality he was just being sarcastic and arrogant.
