Ferguson Riots

I do think that they are rejecting evidence that does not fit the narrative they already have in their heads and so they have an expectation. The best way to overcome that is a stead drumbeat of facts that desensitize them to the news of no indictment.

As for the rest, I think the community there perceives things differently than outsiders might. Whether that is justified I don't know, and neither do you. They should not assume, based on their own collective experiences and perceptions, that the officer acted wrongly, but human nature being what it is, is anyone really surprised?

You've been rejecting evidence that Obama sucks even with our steady drumbeat of facts.

Sure. They are amped up, hoping for an indictment. If there isn't one, then setting that up in advance as to the reasons why will go along way to not having the crowd just assume the worst.

Remember the Trayvon Martin incident? By the time the not guilty verdict came in there had been so much talk of why the evidence would not support a conviction that there were essentially NO riots and only very mild protests the day of the verdict.

Lowering expectations will dull the reaction.

The difference between Martin and Brown is that the palpable anger in the crowds is different. Apparently the St. Louis area is still one of the most racially segregated areas in the country and this has been building for decades and the Brown shooting triggered it. I still think we'll see riots and civil unrest once a non-indictment is announced. My guess we'll see violence similar to either the Rodney King riots or the Watts riots.

@ChrisHayesTV

Police are investigating an assault & theft following argument between #MichaelBrown family relatives. More @FOX2now after #WS #Ferguson

I don't care how they "perceive" anything. It's one of many entitlement filled communities breeding the same worthless culture over & over. When they start rioting & committing true racial crimes when the truth comes out I say mow em down.

I'd love the opportunity to work the water cannon and wash a bunch down the street....

Washington Post reporting multiple (7-8) African Americans have testified before the grand jury that are consistent with officer's accounts of what happened, but, have not done so publicly because of fear.

The facts don't fit the agenda's.

Like the 2 random construction guys that went to the media nearly a month later to give eyewitness accounts that differ from the rest of the people that witnessed it? I said right after that happened that they were put up to it by Holder, and I stand behind that statement.

Holder is such a sleazy nasty person. :ermm: He reminds me of Sharpton. I guess that's why O pick Holder to have his back & all. Birds of a feather......

Amnesty International declared human rights violations occurred during the initial shooting of Mike Brown and following protest management by law enforcement.

Honestly who cares? Every American with a speck of common sense knows what the deal is. If as much effort was put into finding jobs & being productive citizens instead of "protests" these issues would be non issues. Work is boring & no fun though. Hard to "keep it real" working for a living.
