Pandemonium reigns, the goalposts are history, the north goal-post, I think has just been snapped! That was one of my all time favorite games no doubt. Ended the longest losing streak against Alabama (sad to say at the time). Vols came from behind. Chuck Coleman was the running back and he was from the high school I graduated, although I graduated many years before him. Second-ranked Alabama was driving at the end and I was watching from the South end zone. I actually remember it was 17 seconds to go when Mike Terry intercepted the ball in the North end zone! I saw that it was going to be intercepted a fraction of a second before Terry caught it and I was "Oh, my God, Vols win!! It truly was pandemonium reigns! While I had lost my voice, I was young enough back then to be able to speak with my old friend Jack for much of that evening. Went down on the field with most of the rest of the crowd and followed the goals posts out. Alan Cockrell was QB and as most of you know, he was an all-time BaseVol great.

He was looking for penalty flags on the field while building up to the 'Give him 6..." He was always talking to his radio audience.
