It was hotter than a ho in church. I stayed until midway through the 4th, but there was absolutely no respite from the sun. Didn't have a single beer (too hot to drink), but when I started to feel light headed, I knew it was time to throw in the towell.
The siren of the gator "ambulance" was constant from the 3rd quarter on. I saw 3 people around me bite the dust from the heat.
I honestly can't imagine how hot the team was on the field, but I suppose that practicing outside most every day would condition them a bit more than someone who stays in an office the majority of their life.
