Yea because he has thrown a pik 6. Actually he has managed the game as well as he can with the plays called. He has yet to commit a turnover and has kept us in the game. He not on defense missing tackles when it’s 3rd and 12 and they run screen to WR and pick it up.

Uhh it’s game 1 for HB.. we’ve seen JG lose us games for years now. Not even close to being the same situation

Us having an absolute turd at QB in previous games was just the icing on top. Making a change there wasn't going to fix our biggest problem, but it at least gives us an option to try and mitigate it, both in the present and the future, because we know Guarantano isn't the answer.

The biggest problem with this team is the OFFENSE. The basics of football is you have to score more points than your opponents. When you average less than 20 points in power five football you are not going to win. The defense is not great but it is good enough to win.

The difference is Harrison Bailey score more points for his own team.

Yep. Bailey was terrible today. He multiple times allowed free fishers to come through untouched, he didn’t stop the slant (on defense) a single time all day, and he ever dropped a perfect pass on that fake punt. He’s garbage.

No, the defense is not good enough to win. Not even close. It is accurate to say the offense is bad. It is inaccurate to say the defense is good enough to win. Just like averaging less than 20 points is prohibitive to winning games in the SEC, so is giving up an average of 30 points.
