I don't know about war, but when the dust settles it's time to for this administration to explain how this happened. This admin has been soft and many have feared what would happen if this were a terrorist attack.

Any reports of anyone claiming responsibility ? I've not seen any so far on the news.

If it is a terror attack, someone will claim responsibility soon. I don't believe that it was just a coincidence that the two explosions went off 15 seconds after one another.
