GPA with real classes or just classes in general.I can say this, if you're not in upper level Math,English, etc., you'll suffer consequences for admissions and once class starts.BTW,all my family which includes 3 boys, has college just not at UT.Maryville,MTSU,dad (UT Nashville). What Was Ur Gpa When U Got Accepted Into Ut?
H.S. GPA is a factor? If anyone has ever told you that you have and Indian ancestor then check the box that you are a Native American.
The only way they could check is to ask you for a tribal ID card. If that happens, just say your great-grandmother was a Cherokee. How can they prove otherwise? I've known someone who did this and not only was he admitted to a school that probably would not have otherwise accepted him, but he got a full scholarship as well. Again, I'm not telling someone to lie or comit fraud. I'm just saying that if you've been told you have an Indian ancestor you should be able to check the Native American box in good conscience.I'm fairly certain that if it's WAAY back, then you can't legally do that. And if it's ever found out that you're really only 1/32nd+ at best, then it could get you kicked out of school.
1/16th, I THINK, is about as little as one MIGHT be able to claim...
The university will know for sure, so I'd ask them first before marking it.
