Kentucky offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Randy Sanders suffered a broken arm Saturday during the Wildcats 31-27 win over Louisville.
Sanders broke his arm trying to brace his fall after a collision when Kentuckys Derrick Locke was run out of bounds on a kickoff return in the fourth quarter.
Sanders, a Morristown native and former Tennessee quarterback and assistant coach, was taken for X-rays after the game.
Sometimes when you think youre still young and quick, you cant get out of the way, Kentucky coach Rich Brooks said. Its a good lesson for everybody on the sideline. . . . Its a dangerous place.
