Eric Berry meets Ben Tate

Eric Berry is a once a decade caliber player that will have a better nfl career than ben tate will even dream of. joeydupree has no clue about football if u are saying eric berry is off, watch the UF game pal!

I love how you can see into the future. I do agree Eric Berry will have a good NFL, hopefully, but how do you know anything about Ben Tate. Well lets see, I dropped about a buck/50 for rushing on ya'lls top 10 D. Lest you forget, Auburn churns out the RB's for the NFL.

The guy can't do it all. He needs someone to step up much like Rico did last night. EB has not really played his normal spot all year, He is basically a rover now.

Obviously. I'm not one of those idiots complaining over every little thing. These guys wouldn't have to make so many tackles if they could get off the field, if the offense could produce a drive, or if more guys step up.

I can see what you're saying, but teams have also been scared to throw his way, so all he can do is try to get to the ball (on the opposite side of the field) and make a big hit.

He HAS been all over the field. Starting on one side and making the tackle on the other. Not disputing that at all. I feel like he is the most valuable defensive player in the country, but I am not blind to the fact that he has had a few uncharacteristic miscues... That is all I'm saying.

Berry played over 60 snaps the first half, counting special teams play. Not making any excuses but the guy was gassed. I did see him run across the field and drag down McCalleb several times after he had gotten past the line and was going down the sideline.

McCalleb also likes to run out of bounds or lay down when he sees Berry coming.

LOL....He only weighs 167 pounds...He will never be a every down back. What you see him doing is probably what he will continue to do the remainder of his career at Auburn. He is way to small but very fast! Fastest guy on the team.

Berry just took a weird/bad angle to try to hit him. I wouldn't say Tate put a hit on Berry by any means. Berry should've just tried to wrap him up rather than lay the wood but whatever.
