Announcers mentioned that they have a couple of players who excel at baiting the opposition, then flop when retaliated against and get an easy 15 for their team. Sleazy but effective, apparently.

Had to be frustrating. They got absolutely everything they wanted. A low scoring game. Early two score lead. Domination in time of possession- 71 plays to 46 plays. Their gameplan worked to perfection... and they still couldn't beat UT.

Probably about the same as we feel about UF.

I saw Alabama players doing this on Saturday. I’m sure they process things differently than the average fan whose contribution to the game plan was sitting on the couch slugging cold beers while criticizing the play on the field.

I know that’s a “thing” in baseball. But from the outside looking in it seems childish, foolish and dangerous. If you don’t want bat flips or guys staring down their homers don’t let them hit it. Plus celebrating is part of the entertainment of sports. Stop self policing the fun out of an already boring game. The NFL did themselves a huge favor by letting players celebrate TDs any way they want. It’s more entertaining and fans love it.
