This "movement" (smells like one) is such an embarrassment to the fan base.

Movements are only concerned with the movement.

Fans are concerned with the program.

People want to complain about the younger generation not growing up UT fans yet they act like complete idiots when given the chance to help build and mold those young fans.

Remember your actions the next time a local kid commits elsewhere

You people literally disgust me. That is some of the most selfish **** I've ever read in this post. Be lucky enough that you can afford to buy a damn ticket and you would rather burn them, than give them to CHILDREN! The character of some of you people blows me away.

If you don't wanna go then don't. Don't watch the games, whatever I could care less. I'm not traveling from Memphis to Knoxville any more this season not for a movement, but because I don't wanna spend all that money to watch us lose.

This movement of yours will happen without a damn hash tag simply because people don't want to watch losing football. Maybe think about the less fortunate than yourselves and maybe let someone else who can't afford to go enjoy the tickets. Good god this world is **** right now.

Then you should go to the game. Why are you on here trying to get other people to go. To some degree you are right we let our season tickets go back when Dooley was coach. The **** show that was Derek Dooley wasn't worth what it cost for them. Since then my father became unable to walk and then passed away. Im not going back until we have a quality product on the field. PS we held our season tickets for over 40 yrs before we let them go because of poor product on the field.

THEM-"No, I am so mad I would rather burn them then do that."

If we send kids to watch THIS version of Tennessee football we guarantee they grow up cheering for someone else. I don't want impressionable minds exposed to this level of chaos, mediocrity and embarrassment.

I am truly sorry about your loss man. Well hopefully we will get some change that is needed and hope to see you back in the stadium soon!

Dumb. At that age they're unlikely to remember a specific play/score but would talk about their first visit to Neyland for years

What people do with the tickets they paid for is their business. They don't owe it to anybody to show up or give them away. It's really no different than anything else you buy. You own it you do whatever you want with it. If you want to donate them, cool. If you want to throw them in the trash, cool.

Not going to games hurts Tennessee's program just about worse than anything right now, especially regarding recruits. If you want to hurt Tennessee, boycott...if you want to do your part to help, GO TO THE GAMES!

the people saying this is detrimental to the program are ignorant fools..the atmosphere around the bama program was equally toxic 10-12 yrs ago. I know..I read their boards all the time for entertainment. Then they hired the right coach.

As for some people talking about "the kids" who "deserve support"..well 19-22 yr olds are adults, not kids, and if you want to play big time football there is adulation when you succeed and disapproval when you fail. Ihat's the way it is...anywhere. If you don't like it there is a scholarship waiting for you at Furman.

Exactly, my first game in Neyland was Vols vs Georgia 2001. I was 12 and guess what, we lost on a last second touchdown. Still one of my greatest memories as a child just enjoying what my pops loved so much with him.

People need to get their damn liberal blinders off and think of someone else besides themselves. It's so backwards

100% accurate, you can burn them if you want, but you don't have to be an a**hole in the process of it and post about how you'd rather do that than donate them.

so what movement is waiting in the wings to get the kids, i mean adults, to quit?

we're on a roll. don't announce the coaches firing fast enough, start a movement. don't like what hte AD says, start a movement to fire him. don't like the fact that AD was hired by this chancellor, start a movement to fire her. don't like the fact the kids, i mean adults, playing don't like it when fans don't show up to support them, start a movement to get them to transfer.
