This off week will show us what our team is really about.
Every game we've played has been somewhat an uphill battle. Too many 4 quarter comebacks.
Bama game just finished us emotionally and mentally.
If we come out sloppy against South Carolina, I think we need to change how we are mentally preparing for games.
Not so sure about untouchable, but, the only team who will beat Tennessee before the SEC Championship Game is Tennessee. I want another chance at those stinking elephants SOOOO!!! bad!!!
Yeah a rematch and a final score of something worse than 49-10 would mean so much to our fanbase. If we get a rematch you know Alabama is going to run up the score if they can.
Who took a piss in your cereal? You mean you don't want a chance to play them when we have back almost every player that was out hurt against them last Saturday? Sutton, McDowell, basically the whole offensive line, DKjr, and several others would all be back 100% by then.
And how many others go down by then. We lose at least 2 players a game. And this fan base is delusional to think we could hang with Bama.

Who said anything about suicidal thoughts?Lol what is the matter with you. Go outside, get some sunlight. Go for a jog and get some endorphins going good Lord. You clearly aren't thinking logically. To think that some UT fans would be having essentially suicidal thoughts in a season that we've beaten both Florida and Georgia and we're 5-2 is ridiculous.
Com me on man. You get what I'm saying. Should I go back and blue font that? 🙄
Gameday cannot get here fast enough. East Tennessee in the fall is great, surely there is something to do during a bye week.Just a quick thought about the emotions, tough schedule and rebounding after the injuries, etc.
I know it might sound silly to anyone who hasn't gone under before, but I wonder if Coach Jones would consider bringing in a clinical hypnotherapist for the players and the coaches to "Now visualize yourself performing at your absolute best, better than you've ever played before, you see yourself really "in the zone" doing the best job possible at your position on each and every play, you see yourself beating Alabama and every other team you play from now on you see yourself as a member of the National Championship winning team because that is your identity as a Tennessee Volunteer football player.
On the count of three you will wake up and dominate every team you play every play for every game the rest of the season and you win the championship because that is who you are and what you do.
One, two, three."
Something like that. Put the power of suggestion to work for the team and get a mental/emotional edge. Has that been tried before?
