that's what i've gotta start doing. i've always used the excuse of it being the easiest to stop and get food, but i'm going to start bringing lunch and dinner with me.

I guess my question to you is do you do different body parts each day or do you do a full body each day?

I lift 3x a week, run 2

I was doing 2 body parts a day. I think I'm just going to go to a full body and do 3 times a week. It worked well for me before.

Wed - Chest
Thurs - Legs
Fri - Arms

u do legs though so it makes up for it.

if you would have listened to me awhile back you would get strong as fuuu

I workout with a couple of guys that are older than you. Starting strength is what you told me wasnt it?
