Figured I'd just go ahead and head off the NegaVols per the unimportant material in this thread but, bet many of them read this anyways!

Typically take a cruise once a year and a few weeks ago on Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Sea I ran into quite a few Vol fans and well, for the first time in a long time, we weren't all hanging our heads and singing the Big Orange Blues. Every Vol fan was upbeat and all but one were predicting 10+ Wins this season.

Just a nice change of pace after so many years and wondered if anyone else has found this to be common amongst your travels? GBO!

It's always fun to run into other Vol fans around the country. Where was the cruise?

I'm in Beaver Creek, Colorado this week with the family and there's not another Vol in sight. Not surprised though, this is bottom dweller Pac12 country

I literally roomed right beside Cortez Mcdowell last year on the 4th of July at the Summitt in PCB. True story bro. He was a super cool guy

My family and I went to Myrtle Beach the week before Memorial Day weekend. Ran into numerous Vol fans, even met one older gentleman who lives about 20 minutes from us. He wasn't an ex-Vol, but Ramon Sessions, an NBA player, was staying in the same set of condos as us. He had a really nice Ferrari.

Oh there are a few there. In bottom dweller Pac12 areas, you might even find a Vandy fan there.

They just don't wear their Tennessee gear every day to avoid other teams fans asking questions. You just aren't trying hard enough, keep looking. But don't let them see you coming, or they might get away.

Will be in Ft. Walton at a family reunion the Saturday when the battle of Bristol goes down. Any place in Ft. Walton to catch the game with other Vols?

I live in Taiwan and wear my Vol cap with a big T on it everywhere I go. Most think the T stands for Taiwan.
However, I occasionally have a Taiwanese come up to me and say, "Go Vols!" The world knows Tennessee football!

Leaving for MyrtleBeach in the AM w Power T on front of RV and "Uncle Eddie on Board" sticker on the back. Place is crawling w Vols most years. Will report back asap.

It's funny how you see so much VT, Clemson, USC, UK, WVU, UT schools there. Then when I'm on the Gulf Coast it's Bammer, Barn, MSU, UM, GT, UGA, UT etc. All @the Interstates I guess.

I usually go to Las Vegas labor weekend and there is a good amount of Vol fans at the Mirage sports book. Won't be able to make it this year as that is the weekend of my wedding, but hoping to make it there one weekend of college football. Two years in a row, the Vols have covered my stay in winnings. :good!:
