we’re going to build this kit for the garage and storage first. It has 900 sqft of living space. We will live in it while we sell the house and build the new house. Another Barndaminium. Once the house is done the apartment will be where our out of town relatives stay when they visit.

I live outside of Chattanooga.
Like the Caney fork. Elk I’ve fished below the Norris hill dam. Liked that place. Don’t get to go much anymore but am not opposed to traveling a bit

Yea, I'd like to spend about a year, maybe longer, in one of those. Wouldn't need to be that big or expensive, but yea, that's sweet.
